"Itza Tour", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the tour operator based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, providing guided day tours to archaeological sites, cenotes and colonial towns in the Yucatán Peninsula.

A booking is confirmed only when we reply in writing (WhatsApp or email) with a pickup time, price and service description. No booking exists on the basis of a website form alone.

• Prices are quoted in USD and MXN. The final charge is in MXN at the exchange rate on tour day.
• Payment is due on the day of the tour in cash or by card, unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices do not include INAH entrance fees, cenote fees, gratuities or personal spending unless explicitly stated on Booking Info.

• Be ready at the agreed pickup location 5 minutes before pickup time.
• Provide accurate hotel/address, phone and passenger count at booking.
• Follow guide, driver and INAH staff instructions at the site and in the cenote.
• Travelers with medical conditions or reduced mobility must inform us at booking.

Our transportation carries mandatory Mexican passenger insurance (Póliza de Responsabilidad Civil del Viajero). We are not liable for personal injury or property loss caused by force majeure, third-party negligence, or a traveler's failure to follow safety instructions. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance.

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including hurricanes, road closures, government orders, INAH site closures, strikes or civil unrest. In such cases we reschedule or cancel with no charge.

Guides occasionally photograph the group for social media. If you prefer not to appear, tell your guide at pickup and we'll respect it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Consumer disputes may be filed with PROFECO. Any other dispute is submitted to the courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of booking.
