Privacy Policy

The data controller is Itza Tour, a tour operator based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. You can reach our privacy contact at info@itzatour.com.

• Booking information: your name, phone/WhatsApp, email, travel date, pickup hotel, guest count and any special requests you send us.
• Payment information: when you pay by card, our terminal provider (Stripe) processes the card details - we don't store your full card number.
• Site analytics: aggregate visits, pages viewed and country of visit. No individual profiling.

• To confirm, run and support your tour.
• To issue an invoice (factura) if you request one.
• To reply to your WhatsApp, email or contact-form message.
• To improve the site and this content (aggregate analytics only).

• Our drivers and guides: only the hotel, pickup time, group size and language.
• Payment processor (Stripe): only for card transactions.
• Hosting and analytics providers that host this website.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Booking records are kept for 5 years for Mexican tax purposes. WhatsApp chat history is kept as long as the conversation remains useful for support and no longer than 24 months from the last message. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@itzatour.com. Under Mexican law you can also file a complaint with the INAI (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales).

We use a small number of first-party cookies for language preference (English / Spanish) and basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Our services are booked by adults on behalf of families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 outside of a booking made by their parent or guardian.

We may update this page from time to time. The version in force is the one shown here today.
