Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your Chichen Itza tour

• 48+ hours before pickup: free cancellation, no charge.
• 24 – 24 hours before pickup: free reschedule to any later date within 12 months. If you cannot reschedule, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: full price payable, as the van, guide and cenote spot are already reserved.

• 72+ hours before pickup: free cancellation.
• 72 – 24 hours: free reschedule or 50% fee.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: full price payable.

Chichén Itzá is an outdoor site but almost never closes for rain - the tour runs. If INAH or civil protection officially closes the site or if a named hurricane is within 24 hours of the peninsula, we reschedule at no cost or fully cancel with no charge, your choice.

1. Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible.
2. Tell us your original date and the new date (if rescheduling).
3. We reply with written confirmation of the change.

Because we do not charge at booking, most cancellations do not require a refund. When a refund is due (e.g. you already paid in advance for a group booking), we return it via the original payment method within 5 business days.

Free changes to pickup hotel, guest count (up to van capacity) or language - as long as they're requested at least 24 hours before pickup.
